Try jumping the bike from a vehicle. Go to the red/yellow wire on the start solenoid and see if you get battery voltage when you have the key on and push the start switch button. That is the first part of the process. Then that power goes through the solenoid winding, and out the red/green wire to ground.
Disconnect the fuel pump 2P (black) connector and check for battery voltage between the black/blue (+) and green (-) terminals with the ignition switch ON. If there is battery voltage, faulty fuel pump. If there is no battery voltage, check for open circuit or losse connection in the Black/Blue and greeen wires.

It is located on the bottom side of the air intake, right behind the air filter box. It looks like a 1/4" flat metal plug. Do NOT drill this. There is no slot for a screw driver. There is a tool which is no more then a small piece of pipe that fits over this plug and you turn it in till seated, gently. Count the turns.

Remove the spark plug, then reattach the wire to the spark plug, rest the threads of the plug to a metal surface of the bike, and press the start button briefly, you should see the spark. Do not touch the plug while doing this. Repeat for each plug. Be sure that the plug is in a dark area also.
Before doing anything electrical, make sure that you have a fully charged battery. A battery that is less than charged is going to throw off the rest of your readings. Start the bike. Set the multimeter to volts DC. Use one lead on each terminal of the battery. According to yuasa a fully charged battery should be reading 12.6Vdc.

Check for power at the yellow/red wire on the solenoid. If it has power when you push the start switch, the solenoid or the ground side after it on the green/red wire, to all the safety switches is open circuited.
